Eddie has been a licensed contractor for over 30 years, owning his own business for the past 16.  His experience includes both commercial and residential projects,  working on everything from foundations to finish.  Having renovated many homes of his own, his passion for perfection and eye for detail lead to exceptional work , ensuring that each project is performed to the complete satisfaction of the client.  He is a creative renovator with a design eye and dad of two.  He spends half his time in Kailua and the other restoring properties in Rockport, MA.

Dave has been working in the building business since 1990 and has operated a successful Kailua-based renovation and remodeling company for many years, developing an excellent reputation for problem solving, design, and bringing his customers' vision to reality.  As Dave says, "there's no remodeling problem that can't be solved with careful thought and consideration of the client's needs."  

Dave holds a degree in mechanical engineering, offering critical thinking and design skills that he brings to all of his work.  He has lived in the islands since 1984 and raised his family in Kailua.  When he is not working he loves to sail, work out, and travel.
